- 本推廣的有效日期為收到優惠電郵日期起計2日內 (「推廣期」)。
- 由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited (「OneDegree」)送出之港幣250元或450元百佳超級市場現金券 (「現金券」) ，投保人必須於透過優惠電郵內的指定網頁並點擊上方的指定按鈕完成投保方可獲優惠。若因未有透過指示而導致未能享用優惠，將不獲任何退款安排。在2023年11月30日仍然持有有效保單方可獲贈以下其中一項獎賞 (「獎賞」) ：保費（不包括保險徵費）介乎於港幣400元至港幣999.99元： 港幣250元百佳超級市場現金券（「現金券」）； 保費（不包括保險徵費）港幣1,000元或以上： 450元百佳超級市場現金券（「現金券」）。
- 此推廣優惠只適用於現時並未持有有效的OneDegree 火險保單的全新客戶，以及現時投保日起計之過去3個月未曾持有有效的 OneDegree 火險保單的申請人。
- 每張火險保單只能使用優惠一次，若於結帳時輸入超過一個推薦碼，所有推薦碼將視作無效。
- 投保人的個人資料有可能會與特定第三方合作夥伴分享，僅限於進行身份驗證以完成禮品兌換。
- 所有凡於推廣期內通過輸入指定推薦碼成功投保，且在獲得現金券時仍為有效的保單，投保人會於投保日起4個月內會通過在投保過程中提交的電郵收到現金券換領信（「換領信」），如因投保人所提供的資料錯誤或不完整導致無法成功收取換領信，OneDegree恕不負責。現金券的實際領取日期可能會因現金券供貨安排而作出調整。如果現金券出現貨品如供應有變，OneDegree將以同等價值的同類貨品代替。
- 投保人須於收到換領信電郵通知三個月內(「指定換領日期」)憑換領信到指定換領地點方可獲現金券。換領信不得轉讓，若因未有遵從指示而導致未能換領現金券，將不獲任何退款安排。
- 現金券及換領信無論在任何情況下均不能轉讓、退回、兌換現金或更換其他產品或服務。
- 有關現金券之使用須受超市現金券供應商所定之條款及細則約束。一切有關現金券之查詢或爭議，應直接聯絡超市現金券供應商。
- 若合資格人士在首個保單年度取消樓宇按揭火險保單， OneDegree將於應退保費中扣除有關與獎賞同等價值的金額 。
- 此優惠不能和其他優惠同時使用 (系統自動優惠除外) 。
- 此優惠只適用於首年保單。
- 若投保人在保單年度取消保單，OneDegree有權於應退保費中扣除有關獎賞而毋須另行通知。

- OneDegree 保留隨時更改或終止此優惠之權利，並對此優惠相關之所有事宜擁有最終決定權。

Terms and Conditions：
- This promotion is valid for 2 days, including the date of the promotional email. (“Promotion Period”).
- To enjoy up the HKD 250or HKD 450 ParknShop Supermarket Cash Coupon (“Coupon”), customers shall use the designated website listed in the promotion email and complete policy purchase using the designated button above within the Promotion Period. Any failure in doing so will result in loss if discount and no refunds shall be arranged afterwards. Customers whose policy is still effective as of 30 November 2023, will get one of the below rewards (“Reward”): Premium (excluded premium levy) is between HKD 400 – HKD 999.99: HKD 250 ParknShop Supermarket Cash Coupon (“Coupon”); Premium (excluded premium levy) is or over HKD 1,000: HKD 450 ParknShop Supermarket Cash Coupon (“Coupon”). OneDegree will not be able to offer the Reward after the purchase if customers have not used the designated link or referral code at time of purchase.
- Only the applicants who do not currently hold any effective Fire Insurance and have not held any effective Fire Insurance policy(ies) in the past 3 months from the date of application of the Fire Insurance are eligible for this promotion.
- Only one promo code may be used at the purchase of Fire Insurance. All promo codes will be deemed invalid if more than one promo code is input on the checkout page.
- Customer personal information may be shared with specific third-party partners solely for the purpose of identity verification to facilitate gift redemption.
- The Reward will be issued within 4 months of the policy issue date provided that the policy is still effective on such date. Eligible customers will receive an email about the redemption letter for the Reward (“Redemption Letter”). Customers should ensure that their email address is accurate in their OneDegree profile or they will not be able to receive the Redemption Letter. Actual reward collection date may vary as it is subject to stock availability. OneDegree is not responsible for any delivery failure due to errors or missing information in the email address provided. All Reward are subject to availability and any restriction may apply as to where and when the Reward may be redeemed. OneDegree reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a similar item of equal value at any time without notice prior to that item being redeemed.
- Customer must redeem their Reward within 3 months after the date of email (“Redemption Period”) at the designated redemption location by presenting the redemption letter. Any failure in doing so will result in loss of Reward and no refund shall be arranged afterwards.
- The Reward and Redemption Letter cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for other products or services under any circumstances.
- The Reward is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the supermarket coupon supplier. In case of any enquiry or dispute in relation to the Reward, customers should contact the supermarket coupon supplier directly.
- If Eligible Premium Rebate Recipient cancels the Fire Insurance and policy during the first policy year, OneDegree shall deduct the value of Coupon from any premium refund payable.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer (Except for system automatic offer).
- The Offer is only applicable to premiums for the first year of a policy.
- If the policyholder cancels the Fire Insurance policy during the policy term, OneDegree reserves the right to deduct the Reward from any premium refund.

- OneDegree may terminate this promotion without notice. All matters or disputes in relation to the promotion and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the decision of OneDegree, which shall be final and binding.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
